PKSlot Terms and Conditions — Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and PKSlot ("PKSlot", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at pkslot.im. By accessing the PKSlot platform, registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without qualification.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the PKSlot platform. PKSlot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use PKSlot you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains open:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKSlot operates a strict minimum age policy and will request identity documents to verify age whenever considered necessary.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player under any gambling protection programme, nor have previously been subject to an account closure by PKSlot for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing PKSlot is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close family member of an employee or contractor of PKSlot, its subsidiaries, affiliates, game providers or technology partners.

PKSlot relies on members providing accurate information at registration. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one PKSlot account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or under different details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. PKSlot will close all duplicate accounts and any accumulated balances or bonuses across those accounts may be voided.

At registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. PKSlot may at any time request supporting documentation — including a government-issued identity document, proof of address or payment method verification — to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. PKSlot will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PKSlot support immediately. Any activity that occurs on your account before you notify PKSlot of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

PKSlot accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. All balances, transactions and payouts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no deposit fee applied by PKSlot, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges outside of PKSlot's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard withdrawal processing targets completion within one hour during normal operating hours. PKSlot does not guarantee processing within specific timeframes where delays arise from payment provider systems outside PKSlot's control.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance have been met or the bonus has been forfeited.
• PKSlot reserves the right to perform enhanced identity verification before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This may include requests for identity documentation, proof of address and payment method ownership confirmation.
• Any withdrawal request found to relate to funds derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms will be declined and the relevant balance may be voided.
• PKSlot does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing fees imposed by external payment providers are outside PKSlot's control.

PKSlot maintains all member funds separately from operational funds. Your deposited balance is not used for PKSlot's operating expenses and is available for withdrawal subject to these Terms and applicable verification requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

PKSlot offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion on the PKSlot Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between a general bonus rule in these Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term will take precedence for that promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply to all PKSlot promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Each promotional offer is available once per member, once per household and once per device unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The required wagering amount is the bonus value multiplied by the stated wagering multiplier.
• Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots contribute 100%. Live card games contribute at a lower rate as stated on the Promotions page. Check the specific promotion for full contribution details.
• When a bonus balance is active alongside a real money balance, real money funds are wagered first by default. PKSlot reserves the right to adjust this order in specific promotional structures — any such adjustment will be stated explicitly in the promotion terms.
• PKSlot reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a member has already accepted a bonus under the previous terms.
• The PKSlot VIP Club weekly cashback is credited as real PKR balance with no wagering requirement. All other bonuses carry the wagering requirements stated in their individual terms.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

PKSlot is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using any software, script, bot, algorithm or technical tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, to manipulate game outcomes or to automate play.
• Colluding with other players — including sharing cards, hands, game state information or coordinating betting strategy to exploit games at PKSlot's expense or at the expense of other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, display errors or pricing errors. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid. Members who become aware of such an error are required to stop play and notify PKSlot support immediately.
• Abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses, using promotional funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome, or hedging bets across accounts.
• Using PKSlot for money laundering, fraud or any financial crime. PKSlot applies anti-money-laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing PKSlot staff, live dealers or other members through any communication channel on the platform.

PKSlot monitors all game sessions and account activity using automated systems and human review. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals held pending the outcome of that review. PKSlot's determination in cases of suspected prohibited conduct is final.

7. Game Rules

Each game available at PKSlot — including slots, live table games, fishing games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and card games — is governed by the specific rules of that game as documented within the game interface itself. By participating in any game you confirm acceptance of the rules applicable to that game.

All PKSlot slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators whose outputs are statistically independent on every spin or round. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on game information pages reflect the actual game mathematics as set by the game developer. PKSlot does not apply any additional adjustment to these RTP figures.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or a technical fault that interrupts a game round, PKSlot's system will attempt to resolve the round using the game state recorded at the time of disconnection. Where a full resolution is not possible, the stake for that round will be refunded to your PKSlot balance. Winnings from rounds that were fully completed before a disconnection are valid and will be credited normally.

PKSlot reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a technical error, a game malfunction or a breach of these Terms that affected the game outcome. Members will be notified of any voided bets and affected stakes will be returned to their balance.

8. VIP Club

The PKSlot VIP Club is an automatic loyalty programme available to all registered members. Participation requires no separate application — all members are enrolled at Silver tier upon their first qualifying deposit. VIP points are accumulated through real-money wagering across eligible game categories at rates published on the VIP Club page.

VIP tier status is reviewed monthly. PKSlot reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point earn rates, benefit structures and tier names at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected members. Benefits associated with each tier — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority and account manager access — are subject to the terms published on the VIP Club page at the time benefits are claimed.

Weekly cashback for VIP members is calculated on net losses over the seven-day period ending Sunday midnight. The applicable cashback percentage is determined by the member's verified tier at the time of calculation. Cashback is credited to the member's real money balance every Monday. PKSlot reserves the right to verify that the net loss figure is accurate before crediting cashback and to withhold cashback where suspicious activity is under investigation.

VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another member.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

PKSlot reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
• A member fails to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period.
• A member requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require PKSlot to restrict access for particular users or categories of user.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, PKSlot reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to member misconduct — including where a member requests voluntary closure — any verified real money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method following completion of identity verification.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact PKSlot support. Account closure requests will be processed within five working days. Active bonuses will be removed from the account upon closure without payment. Any outstanding wagering requirements at the time of closure are waived for the purpose of releasing verified real money funds.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the PKSlot platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, interface design and data — is the intellectual property of PKSlot or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms or on the platform grants you any licence to use, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any PKSlot intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party developers remains the intellectual property of those developers and is licensed to PKSlot for the purpose of making those games available to members. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

PKSlot provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While PKSlot makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors or technical faults at all times. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKSlot's liability to any member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the verified real money balance held in that member's account at the time the claim arises.

PKSlot is not liable for losses arising from:

• Events outside PKSlot's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures or acts of nature.
• A member's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.
• Any decision made by a member in the course of playing a game, whether or not the member was under the influence of any substance at the time.
• Inaccurate information provided by a member at registration or during account use.

12. Privacy and Data

PKSlot collects, uses and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and PKSlot. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

PKSlot will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities solely to the extent required to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. All data transmitted on the PKSlot platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL.

13. Responsible Gaming

PKSlot is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gambling is entertainment and should only be pursued within your own comfortable financial and personal limits. PKSlot provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly limits that take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately but require a cooling-off period to increase.
• Session time reminders — alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a set period.
• Self-exclusion — the ability to suspend your PKSlot account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusions activate immediately and PKSlot will not process any reversal within the chosen cooling-off period regardless of the circumstances.

PKSlot reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes that affect your rights with respect to account balances, withdrawals or bonus conditions — PKSlot will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a platform notification.

Minor amendments, including clarifications and corrections that do not affect member rights, may be made without prior notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any change. Continued use of the PKSlot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
